AgriBee Seeds is hiring an active, disciplined, and dependable Office Boy / Office Assistant for our Head Office located at GIDC Metoda, Rajkot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of office cabins, conference room, workstations, and pantry.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to office staff, management, and visiting guests/clients.
• Assist in day-to-day office administrative work, file management, document photocopying, and printing.
• Handle parcel dispatch, courier collection, and local errand runs (bank, post office, nearby markets).
• Monitor pantry supplies, office stationery, and inform administrative team of replenishments needed.

Requirements:

• 10th / 12th pass.
• Honest, punctual, well-mannered, and physically active.
• Candidates residing in or near Metoda / Lodhika / Rajkot will be given preference.
• Basic ability to read Hindi / Gujarati labels and addresses.

Remuneration / Earning Model:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, appoint, and develop seed dealers, distributors, and retailer networks in assigned territory.
• Promote AgriBee’s premium range of Hybrid Vegetable Seeds, Field Crops (Wheat, Mustard, Sesame, Castor, Groundnut, Gram, Maize, Pulses), and Fodder Seeds.
• Conduct village-level farmer meetings, crop demo plots, and field days to drive brand visibility and farmer trust.
• Collect market intelligence, seasonal booking orders, and ensure smooth supply coordination.

Requirements & Profile:

• 1–5 years experience in seed sales, agrochemicals, fertilizers, or rural agri-inputs marketing (Candidates with strong agro-dealer networks strongly preferred; ambitious freshers with agriculture background can also apply).
• Strong communication skills in the regional state language and working knowledge of Hindi/English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district / territory.

AgriBee Seeds is looking for an experienced and proactive Plant Manager to take end-to-end charge of our seed processing, grading, packaging, and warehouse facility at GIDC Metoda, Rajkot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily seed processing operations including cleaning, grading, gravity separation, chemical treatment, and automated packing.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality parameters, moisture control, physical purity, and germination standards as per Seed Certification norms.
• Manage plant machinery, preventative maintenance, spare parts, and minimize breakdown downtime.
• Lead, train, and manage the plant workforce, machine operators, and contract labor ensuring safety and high productivity.
• Maintain meticulous stock records, lot traceability, processing loss reconciliation, and warehouse dispatch logs.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams for seamless production dispatch schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant operational degree.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in seed processing plant management or agricultural manufacturing unit.
• In-depth knowledge of seed processing machinery (Fine cleaners, Destoners, Gravity separators, Seed coat treaters, Packing lines).
• Strong leadership, floor coordination, and inventory management capabilities.
