Varietal Breeding & Multi-Location Field Trials

Optical Sortex Cleaning & Conditioning
To ensure pristine physical purity and maximum germination energy, raw harvest seeds undergo precision processing in our automated Rajkot plant. Utilizing high-resolution optical Sortex camera technology, gravimetric density separators, and aspirators, defective or discolored seeds are eliminated.

Laboratory Germination & Moisture Testing
Every production lot is sampled by hybrid & research seed analysts in accordance with Indian Minimum Seed Certification Standards (IMSCS). Seeds undergo computerized moisture meter readings and 7-day to 14-day germination chamber evaluations.
- Minimum 85%–90% laboratory germination assurance
- Safe seed moisture retention (<8% for hermetic storage)

Hermetic Moisture-Barrier Packing
Seeds are packed in 4-layer aluminum foil pouches and nitrogen-flushed containers to completely shield embryo viability against atmospheric humidity, sunlight degradation, and fluctuating ambient temperatures during transit.
